Online Therapy
Online Therapy is a fantastic way to have therapy, with the ease of use, convenience and privacy everybody deserves.

I use a mixture of psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and other therapeutic techniques based on you and the changes you want to make.

Psychotherapy tends to focus on looking back to find why you behave or make the decisions you do, so you can understand them better and are able to make the changes you want.

Hypnotherapy combines hypnosis and talking therapy to allow you to make those changes even easier. When relaxed in hypnosis, you'll be able to focus more on the changes you want to make.
